The year draws to a close and with it, an end to this space. As of now, I’ve been off running long enough to make my peace with being an erstwhile runner.
Unless by some crazy twist of fate, I do get back to running, this is goodbye. Thank you for being part of my journey and wish you all well.
My road beckons me to follow six yards of stories for now… 😊 Find my ramblings on http://www.pleatedstories.com

Hard luck on the running part. But as long as you had fun during the journey I guess… 🙂
But glad that you’re still blogging, though. Followed over there!

Very sorry to read you have decided to discontinue running. If your body is telling you its had enough, then so be it but why not review the situation in six or nine months? Did you continue with bare foot running? I’ll miss your sensible and spiritual blogs. With regard to myself, I struggle with being sensible. The urge to be whacky is too great!

😀love your easy humour in your posts and I do intend to keep up with the blogs I follow.. The knee is pretty bad with grade 4 chondromalacia besides a host of other biomechanics issues. Even if most of that repairs, it is hard to say if getting back to running will be smart. Been mostly resting the leg and gentle rehab. Thanks for being part of my journey and wish you happy miles.😊
