I signed up for a barefoot half marathon later this year!
It is good to run without any agenda but sometimes a little pressure is good to add spice. I’ve been running alternate days and with school finally open, it is time to fix the days. I also need a sensible plan to increase my mileage steadily. Not too long ago, running 20k seemed easily doable. Now, I have to start all over again like training for a maiden half marathon. It will be interesting to watch the process unfold this time. Time to dig out that old plan and play around with it.
