There seems to be in a slump as far as running is concerned, it feels like I’m dragging my feet. Perhaps it is the cold weather or maybe it’s just a slightly longer than usual off phase.
While plodding along today, it struck me that the only reason I get out even though I don’t feel like it is so that I don’t lose my ability to run.
Ticked off 4 running days with no plan.
