Ran a short mile 2 Saturdays ago, an easy 6k last Saturday and an unprepared 15k (that little misadventure could be a whole separate post) on Sunday. The foot seems to have adapted and is holding up well. And my feet seem to be growing!

Upside: little barefoot runs, more yoga
Downside: slide back in training plan

Work is currently skewing my day with little time for other stuff. Hopefully next month should be less tiring. In the meanwhile I have to tweak the plan to adjust for this break and the holiday season.
