Took the legs out this morning. The head was reluctant but it came along for the ride. A short 4k that felt really long. The form felt all wrong and breathing was out of sync but this is typical when I am not regular.

I work with someone who is a runner and while chatting yesterday, he asked how was the running coming along considering the changed morning routine and I had to answer that it wasn’t really going anywhere and that I felt out of shape. Time to pull up my socks.

The plan now – Fix the days, the runs will happen.
The goal – there’s a vague one about another half marathon. Maybe I need to fix a date.
