I’ve managed very few runs over the last couple of weeks and haven’t been inclined to pound the road very much. I don’t feel the need for the fix that a run gives.
My yoga practice has changed quite a bit. It’s basic asanas and learning from scratch. I wish I had atleast two classes a week but there is enough to work with at home even with one class at RIMYI.
On a separate note, I’ve been inspired by a fellow blogger to use a cycle to get around and have started cycling a little bit.
Perhaps I need to set a running goal to get my feet fired up.
