On the running front, it has been rather quiet but satisfying in a different way. I’ve been regular, stuck to breathing from the nose which makes the running seem less strenuous. Timing wise, there hasn’t been much of an impact. The whole act of running just feels more meditative now.

A highlight of the week was taking the newbie runner on her first 5k. I remembered the euphoria of my first 5k and it was great to be able to help someone experience that same elation.

As far as yoga goes, I’m hooked to the practice and philosophy. I guess I was not sure about the intensity of my desire to understand more but now I decided to just plunge in and see where it takes me. That would be another journey for another blog.
