My home practice revolves around getting the basic actions in asanas right. So, it is mostly the simple poses that I work on.

Just sitting in dandasana makes for interesting observation. I cannot feel the breadth of the back of my thighs right there so it is no wonder I can’t move it back while in the standing asanas. The right action (13:24) is what is required.

8th Mar, Sun- 3k or thereabouts with a fellow runner in the evening. It was nice to meet my young friend after a long gap.

9th Mar, Mon- no run. Home practice.
