Since it was that time of the month, I decided to do the women’s class. I had the resting sequence and it was quiet without being closed. I found it difficult to have a full breath though it was easier to focus on it.
It is interesting to see how the practice waxes and wanes with the cycles and I believe it is possible to work with the powerful and the slow phases to maintain physical and mental balance. Ultimately that balance will power progress. I experienced the same flow with my runs too.
