Once the physical discomforts of PMS are on the wane or lifted, there is but no choice to get exposed to the potential of the mind.
Since I became aware of the neck pain during my PMS, it ceased being my external focus. No longer an unwanted unpleasantness but a marker. An arrow pointing towards a time and space where my mind can be vulnerable to my heart.
