Didn’t get out for a run this morning. Things got to a head yesterday and I had a kind of internal breakdown or more like a meltdown.

However, I did go for a long walk to clear my head and get back on track.
Practised a few standing asanas and did my Surya Namaskars (50) in the evening. I managed to do an urdhva dhanurasana as well. It was something I have never attempted at home.
All I could feel was immense gratitude for the change that made it possible for me to get into the asana. It gives me hope that transformation will happen with the neck and other assorted imbalances.
