Post the yoga class, I was thrilled to have made it and fairly easily. But evening came and with it the groans of muscles that I never knew existed. I am sore and achy but its a good pain, a badge of passing through the first step.
I decided against running this morning and went for a long walk instead.
A couple of months ago, I was obsessed with running and did not listen to what my body was telling me. Result- a derailed running journey.
Right at the moment, I feel patience, like I have all the time in the world to run strong, run long.
