Went for a quick, unplanned sort of run more to get back into the habit. The most exciting part of the day was resuming yoga class after a gap of more than a year.
As therapy for the neck, the yoga teacher got me into a pose that was quite painful but after the class, I’ve been pain free. I can’t believe that one session could help so much!
Yoga with my teacher was to fix the neck so I could run without having to take time off. And somehow some kind of a weekly plan is coming into play.
I’m optimistic about the neck behaving and hopefully that will allow me the freedom to push forward.
