Nothing spectacular, a homework run. The neck started to act up but consciously worked on the arm swing. Today’s focus was back to basics, running mindfully as much as I could.

Like I was telling my little girl, first perfect the movement, then you can do your steps faster.

Note: Shooting pain after run while walking back in the shin and ankle. Maybe because of not doing my physio exercises. I have been off them for the duration of the traction. Today was the last session.
