The title sort of sums it up for me this week.

Here’s the update of the last few days.

Sunday: 11.5k (took me an hour and 20 minutes and felt like forever) Sluggish.

Monday: No run

Tuesday: No run

Wednesday: 3k on a new route huffing and puffing feeling out of shape. No idea how much time I took.

OK time to shake out of this lethargy. I’ve had quite a few excuses, rain, pain, driving duty etc. but no more. My running is not really going anywhere as there is no plan, no goal. 

Plan for the week: Run 35k until Sunday and time all runs.
