Had an interesting run walk today. Managed to get my daughter out to run with me. She ran a bit but mostly walked. I was reminded of my first run when it felt like my lungs were on fire.

After we got near home, I got off for a quick mile around my place. The purpose behind getting out today was basically to get back to a rhythm from next week. Hoping to get at least 4 runs a week. I seem to be able to manage that level of commitment keeping in mind all other responsibilities.

I need to start logging my time for each run. I realize that I don’t know how much change has happened. I feel there is a difference but there is no way to say for sure.

Today was just really a quick one for ticking off the day’s quota.
