High five to myself!

I didn’t plan on doing 6k today, it just happened. Stepped out a little later than usual and caught the coach of the local running group. I was walking to my start point ( usually walk about 1km before I start ) and he told me to hop into the car and join the group today. He said run 6k today and I did. Just like that. Had company and it was nice to run with someone for a change. I like solitary but maybe running with someone once in a while is good.

It’s a great feeling and very special too because I had done that distance way back in September before the injury. The next yay milestone would be 10k?
