Took the day off to let my legs rest. The right shin feels like a shin splint. And the right hip and knee feel a little wobble too. Had decided yesterday that I would take today off and push it a little more tomorrow. Maybe cross 4k.

The body is such a wonderful machine. I don’t know when the breath rhythm kicked in. On my way back yesterday I realised that I found my breathing rhythm again. That was one of the things I was struggling with this time around. While I knew it comes by itself as the body finds its natural motion, it was frustrating to not function the way I knew I could.
