It was easier to lace up and run today.

I’d like to run at least 5 days a week for 3 weeks in a row. Somehow I think if I can cross that 3 week barrier, the habit should settle in.

I panic only when I think about the distance to the finishing point. I’ve got to keep reminding myself that I can take as much time as I want. My goal with running is to be able to complete a full marathon.
